The Cannon Beach Arts Association (CBAA) is a multidisciplinary arts organization sponsoring the following programs:

Arts in Education
A CBAA Scholarship Program has been established for graduating seniors of Seaside High School. The scholarship is awarded to a student(s) planning to pursue continuing education in the arts. This scholarship is not based on academic achievement and is not limited to students entering college. It is based on the arts interests and achievements of the students and their desire to pursue those interests. See the “Contact Us” page to reach us about specifics of this program. A children’s .Summer Art Camp brings weeklong art classes to students. During the last week of July children entering grades three through eight spend their afternoons exploring an art form with instructor/artists. Classes are very hands-on with lots of one-on-one attention and projects tailored to individual skill level. See the “Contact Us ” page to reach us about specifics of this program.

Music
The free Summer Concerts in the Park program has been a favorite summertime activity for many years. An afternoon 4 th of July concert traditionally kicks off the series with the remainder of concerts held from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday evenings. This is a great opportunity to pack a picnic and a blanket and bring the family to the City Park for some great music. See the calendar below for specific dates and performers.

Individual Artist Grant
The CBAA provides a $2,500 Individual Artist Grant each year. This grant is intended to provide funding for an artist(s) to pursue a project of significance. The artist(s) must reside in Cannon Beach (including Tolovana Park and Arch Cape) for the duration of their project and provide a return to the community in the form of exhibit, performance, publication or other appropriate medium.
